Liability Waiver
Everyone MUST sign to enter the properties.
Before enjoying the San Marcos River and all the amenities at Son's River Ranch, every guest is required to complete and sign a liability waiver. This includes all adults and children — a parent or legal guardian must sign on behalf of any minor under 18. Completing your waiver ahead of time speeds up your check-in so you can get to the fun faster.

Our waiver covers all activities on the Son's River Ranch property including swimming, tubing, kayaking, fishing, use of fire pits, and general access to the grounds. Son's River Ranch is a nature-based property on the San Marcos River — there are no lifeguards on duty, and guests swim and float at their own risk. The responsible party on each reservation must be 25 years of age or older and is accountable for the safety and conduct of all guests in their group. By completing this waiver, you acknowledge the inherent risks of outdoor river activities and agree to our property rules and safety guidelines.
