• Inquiry & lead forms. When you submit our inquiry form (/inquire) or our booking-wizard lead capture, we collect your name, email, phone (optional), group size, and visit timeframe.
• Email newsletter. If you subscribe, we collect your email address and the source page where you signed up.
• Liability waivers. Waivers signed via our on-site or online waiver process collect your name, signature, date, and emergency contact information.
• Automatic data. Like most websites, we automatically collect IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps via standard server logs and analytics tools.
