This form is for groups of 10 or more — family reunions, weddings, corporate retreats, bachelor and bachelorette weekends, church and school trips, and any private event you'd like to host along the San Marcos River. For standard cabin bookings or day passes for smaller parties, you can book online without filling this out.
What happens after you submit: a member of our team will call or email you within one business day to talk through dates, headcount, and the right mix of cabins, cabanas, and day-use space for your group. We can also schedule a property tour by appointment if you'd like to walk the grounds before booking.
What to have ready: a rough group size, your ideal date or date range, and any special requests — catering, tent rentals, on-site activities, or specific accommodation types. The more we know up front, the faster we can put together an accurate quote and hold your dates.
